Cécile Vangrunderbeek holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from I.C.H.E.C. (Brussels Management School) and a complementary degree in International and European law from the V.U.B.

Cécile has an extensive track record in Human Resources and Recruitment in major industries. From the Telecommunications where she has been 5 years (BASE – part of KPN Group), to the Pharmaceutical industry (ASTRAZENECA), the Hospitality industry (4 years in a European HR Management role at LOUVRE HOTELS) and recently the FMCG (HR Director Benelux at Kellogg’s), Cécile has built an extensive knowledge of different types of businesses, practices and cultural environments.

With this business knowledge of multiple areas and her expertise in Human Resources (HR Management, Business Partnering, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Legal), Cécile is now Business Partner "Technology, Healthcare and Consumer Product & Services" at The Beaumont Group, developing and managing different customers and delivering both local and international search assignments.
